This product is molded from high-density polyethylene and includes several value added consumer features such as tool and drink holders. Designed for rugged domestic use, the design was optimized for minimum material usage while maintaining structural rigidity. A finite element analysis was conducted to verify the performance of the design under various extreme loading conditions prior to tooling, thus ensuring a successful product while minimizing development time.
