At LED Computers, we monitor and review all components for reliability issues such as MTBF or “Mean Time Before Failure”. Any observed trend triggers a review process that ensures only the most reliable components are used in our configurations. This results in a higher quality product that works as it should for as long as it should.

Build Times
Every LED Computer is assembled and tested one at a time, individually, by our engineering staff. Careful attention is always paid to detail and quality. We do not subscribe to the philosophy that faster is better. On average, we are able to ship most of our products in 1 to 2 weeks from order date. Most custom orders in 2 to 3 weeks, depending on availability of special components.

Completely Clean OS
No one appreciates a computer preloaded with trial software, advertisements and promotional offerings. Not only is it annoying but can affect your computer’s performance. Other companies do this for the supplemental income. We prefer to sell you a system with a clean installation of what you want and only what you want.

Latest Software
What is included with your purchase are the latest drivers, patches and service packs available at the time. We personally review each system before it ships, making sure it includes the latest updates.

Craftsmanship
Our individual build philosophy enables us to take a craftsman approach to assembling your computer. Techniques go beyond the recommended procedures suggested by component manufacturers. We take a great deal of effort putting your system together with care, and are proud of it, especially when it comes to cable routing. This not only results in a cleaner, more professional looking computer (most of our cases have a side window) but provides the added benefits of reducing airflow restrictions, cooler operating temperatures and extended component life.

Quality Control
Each system made by LED Computers undergoes a 47 point quality control checklist. All hardware and software components are fully tested prior to shipping with an extended burn-in period followed by benchmark testing. This is to ensure nothing is overlooked and that the system performance is within specification before shipping. A copy of the test report is included with each computer.
